A precision-parts manufacturer needed every part checked against tolerance the moment it came off the line, not after a batch had already shipped. We built the software layer: a station-side dashboard that reads live readings from several gauges at once, calibrates them against physical reference masters, and shows the operator a pass or fail the instant a part is measured.
The dashboard runs on the machine bolted to the station itself, not a server down the hall, so a line keeps gauging parts even when the plant network has a bad day. Over three years we adapted the same platform to several different automotive quality-control programs, each with its own export format, station layout and column count, without a rewrite for each one.
When a station's dashboard went down on the floor, we diagnosed it and shipped a fix the same day. The platform has been in production since 2023 and is still receiving updates today.
